TitanLane Logistics provides truck dispatching services: finding and negotiating freight, carrier setup with brokers, load paperwork, invoicing support, and settlement statements. We are a dispatch service — we are not a broker, shipper, or motor carrier, and we do not take possession of freight.
To use our services you must operate under your own active MC/DOT authority, carry the insurance required for your operation, and provide accurate, current documents (CDL, medical card, certificate of insurance, W-9).
You decide which loads to accept. We present and negotiate freight on your behalf, but every booking requires your approval.
Our dispatch fee is agreed with you before you start and is applied per load, itemized on your weekly settlement. There are no monthly minimums, membership fees, or long-term commitments.
You are responsible for operating safely and legally, complying with FMCSA and DOT regulations, keeping your documents current, and fulfilling the loads you accept. You must notify us promptly of any issue affecting a load in progress.
Either party may end the relationship at any time with written notice. Loads already in progress will be completed and settled under the agreed terms.
We provide dispatch services with reasonable care, but we are not liable for broker payment defaults, load claims, equipment damage, or losses arising from your operations. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
