TitanLane Logistics ("we", "us") provides truck dispatching services for owner-operators and small fleets in the United States. This policy explains what information we collect through titanlanelogistics.com and our carrier portal, and how we use it.
When you contact us or apply as a carrier we collect: contact details (name, email, phone); business information (company name, MC/DOT numbers, EIN); compliance documents you upload (CDL, medical card, certificate of insurance, W-9, voided check, equipment photos); and load-related records created while we dispatch for you (loads, documents, settlements, messages).
We use your information solely to provide dispatch services: verifying your authority with FMCSA, setting you up with brokers, invoicing, preparing your settlements, communicating with you, and meeting legal and insurance requirements. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only when needed to move your freight: with brokers and shippers for carrier setup packets and rate confirmations, with service providers that host our platform (authentication, database, file storage, email delivery), and when required by law.
Your data is stored with reputable cloud providers in the United States. Access to your documents is restricted to your assigned dispatcher and our administrators. We apply role-based access controls throughout the platform.
You can request a copy of your information or ask us to delete your account and documents at any time by emailing dispatch@titanlanelogistics.com. We keep records only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
